Clairton Library is a Family Place Library. The mission of the Clairton Public Library is to serve as a Center to provide informational resources, programs, education resources, and enjoyment for everyone of the community.

The vision of the Clairton Public Library will work to enhance its status as one of the better public libraries in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2020 Summer Reading Program

“Imagine Your Story”

Clairton Public Library is offering a non-digital summer reading program. Call Clairton Library at 412-233-7966 and our staff will be happy to register you for the summer program. If you prefer to use the virtual summer reading program app, called BeanStack Tracker, you can download it at google play or apple app store. It's for all ages including adults; just use "Clairton Public Library" as your home library.

Registration Information and Book Requirements

Please give your first and last name and phone number.
Book requirements
Read at least five books your choice or for more selections go to our catalog or new books link.

Children and Teens
Please list Parent name and phone along with child’s first and last name and grade.
Book requirements
Read at least eight to ten books of your choice.
Weekly bingo card activity available for both children and teens.
